Can I bring my kids?
Yes, you can bring your kids with you the day of your booking, but please remember that the Panga can only accommodate 2 anglers.

How do I get there?
If you are staying on Maui, you have the option of catching the ferry from Lahaina and coming over for the day. The ferry leaves Lahaina at 6 am, arrives on Molokai at approximately 8 am; with the last departure at 5 pm.
There are also inter-island flights leaving from Maui or Oahu to Molokai at various times throughout the day.

What should I bring?
Please bring the following items with you to make the most of your day with Idylwilde Hawaii:
RODS
Either 9wt or 10 wt rod - Molokai is blessed with trade winds, keeping the island cool. The wind can make casting a lighter rod more challenging.
FLIES
Naturally colored mantis shrimp or crab patterns. Different weights of the same pattern is best so we can adjust for depth. Captain Zach will also have an assortment of flies for your use.
Tapered Leaders 9 ft 15 lb. or 9 ft 12 lb.
Fluorocarbon Tippets 15 lb, 12 lb, and 10 lb.
